Our LEARN Programs

LEARN to Skate

This program is designed for beginner skaters, typically aged 2–12. Whether it’s their first time on the ice or they need to refine basic skills, LEARN to Skate teaches essential skating techniques such as:

  • Balance and posture
  • Gliding and stopping
  • Forward and backward strides

With an instructor-to-student ratio of 4:1, skaters receive personalized attention and progress at their own pace. Upon completion, skaters are ready to advance to our LEARN to Play Hockey or LEARN to Figure Skate programs.

LEARN to Play Hockey

After mastering basic skating skills, young skaters (ages 5–12) can transition to hockey in a fun and structured environment. Participants learn:

  • Technical skating and puck control
  • Passing, shooting, and stickhandling
  • Offensive and defensive positioning

This program sets the stage for our TRAIN Hockey Programs, which include House League, Select, and A-level training.

Learn to Figure Skate

For those aspiring to master the art of figure skating, this program introduces essential figure skating techniques, including spins, edges, and footwork. Skaters build strength, precision, and grace while preparing for higher-level training and potential competitions.
