These 12 classes are designed to improve a hockey player’s ability to handle the puck with precision and confidence while developing accurate and powerful shooting techniques. This class emphasizes individual skill development, enabling players to create scoring opportunities and execute effective plays in game situations.

Objectives:

  • Master Puck Control: Develop soft hands, quick stickhandling, and the ability to maintain control under pressure.
  • Improve Shooting Accuracy: Learn to place shots precisely in target areas to beat goaltenders.
  • Enhance Shooting Power: Build strength and refine mechanics to maximize shot velocity.
  • Develop Quick Releases: Focus on minimizing the time between receiving the puck and releasing the shot.
  • Game Application: Practice combining puck-handling and shooting in game-like scenarios.

Program Details

Ages: All ages | Co-ed – Girls are provided with their own changing rooms.

Skill Level: HL/SEL/A – Students will be grouped based on age and skill

Seasons: Spring/Fall/Winter

Skilled Coaching: Learn from experienced coaches committed to helping players improve while having fun.

Required Gear: Full Hockey Gear – Skates | CSA Approved Hockey Helmet with Face Shield | Gloves & Sticks

  2. Drop-In Classes – TRAIN When It Works for You
    Need more flexibility? Drop-in classes allow you to book one session at a time. You must register 24 hours in advance. They are ideal for busy players who want elite-level training without a long-term commitment.
  3. New TRAIN Flex Passes – The Ultimate Custom Training Plan
    Take control of your development with our 12 or 24-class TRAIN Flex Passes. Choose how you train by mixing and matching sessions: 6 Power Skating and/or 12 Puck Control & Shooting and/or 8 Game Situation Classes - etc.

    Booking Policy: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

    By purchasing a TRAIN Flex Pass, you agree to these terms. Stay committed, plan ahead, and make the most of your training!

    TRAIN Flex Pass Rules & Important Notes:

    1. Spaces Fill Up Quickly! We strongly recommend signing up early to secure your spot.
    2. Pre-Registration is Required – All participants must book their sessions online in advance.
    3. Cancellation Policy:
      • You must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid penalties.
      • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in  the loss of the class from your TRAIN Flex Pass.
