About the HP HOCKEY TRAINING PROGRAM
Designed for players looking for that extra competitive advantage in on - ice and off - ice training. This program is specifically tailored to each athlete, in order to further develop their talents and skills.
We offer a program based on the focus of developing hockey players this is a highly structured, intense conditioning plan. Players are introduced to new skills along with being provided the opportunity to refine existing ones. This program is seamlessly integrated into the school day, allowing students to focus both on curriculum expectations and interests, as well as physical training. This allows students to develop into well - rounded, successful individuals.
- Advanced hockey program
- Athletes will all be tested through Sport testing
- Video IQ awareness/ game scenarios
- Body awareness/ rehabilitation
- High/Low percentage game situations
- High-caliber, nurturing Teachers and Specialty Teachers in Arts, Computers, French, Music and
- Puck awareness drills
- Shooting passing
- Puck protection/ creating space in small areas
- Shoot to score etc.
- 4 days a week on and off ice program
- Optional morning or afternoon on-ice & off-ice sessions available.
