in a new Adult Hockey League coming for this Winter 2024-25 Season!

We are excited to announce a new Adult Hockey League that will be calling Paramount Ice North York & Thornhill home this coming Winter 2024-25 Season!

LUG OA, the LUG Hockey Over Ager league is a new adult hockey league playing out of Paramount that is designed for the older and younger professional with a love for the game but still has to get up for that 9 to 5 grind. Great hockey, quality competition, and good times with your teammates. Multiple skill levels will be available and the league is open to all genders.

SEASON DETAILS

• Games: 22-24 guaranteed
• Format: 12-12-15 run time games. Stop time in last 2 minutes of 3rd.
• Overtime: 3 on 3 OT with shootout if tied.
• Playoffs: 2 game series, all playoffs long.

• Champions: Division Champion trophies & hats
